The boating arrangement with Herman was fantastic: in 20 minutes, he explained everything about the Biesbosch and made the trip extra special. That evening, we slept at the beaver-spotting spot and even saw a real beaver appear in front of the boat. Pure nature, peace, and comfort at Aquahome. We will definitely be back!

Our December stay at Aquahome Woudrichem was enchanting. The fortified town was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with festive lights and charming streets. From the Aquahome, you can easily reach the historic harbor. The ferry to Gorinchem, which was rightly voted the most beautiful city in the Netherlands in 2023, is also a must-see. We highly recommend this stay to everyone.

During our stay at Aquahome, we sailed the electric sloop ourselves, and it was a wonderful experience. The quiet motor, the ease of handling, and the beautiful surroundings made it perfect. We were able to explore the waterways and enjoy the scenery in peace. A perfect addition to our stay!
